We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have made every effort to accurately describe each piece. Factory conditions such as glaze pops and skips, crazing and grinding marks are noted. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us within three days of receipt and we will refund your purchase minus the shipping charges.

If you receive your purchase damaged the shipping charges will be refunded. Damage is defined as major structural injury or breakage caused by shipping and not minor factory flaws such as crazing, grinding marks, minor scratches and kiln flaws such as glaze skips and pops.

Unless an item is damaged, returns are at purchaser's expense. COD deliveries will not be accepted.

In order to obtain a refund, your purchase must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in the same packaging with all shipping labels still attached. We must receive your returned purchase within fourteen days of the original receipt.
